CuSi3 0.8mm Silicon Bronze MIG Welding Wire | 5kg, D200 | 311070
The CuSi3 MIG welding wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm is wound on a D200 plastic spool made of copper-silicon alloy and has a low melting point. It is excellent for both TIG and MIG welding of galvanized steel sheets in body construction. In this process, the corrosion protection of galvanized surfaces is largely preserved, and preheating of the base material is usually not required.
It is recommended that the weld pool is not too wide and that attention be paid to low heat input. In MIG welding with a short arc/impulse method and in TIG welding, it is advisable to introduce as much weld material as possible.
Applicable shielding gases (EN ISO 14175) for TIG: Argon I1, for MIG: Argon I1, I3.
